The most important event for women in technology, the WITI Summit, returns to Silicon Valley on June 10-12, 2018 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in San Jose. At the 24th Annual Women in Technology Summit, executives, entrepreneurs, and technology thought leaders from around the world converge to make things happen, build, and expand strong connections in a welcoming environment to foster women’s success in all technology-related fields and organizations.
What are the main reasons to attend?
Explore new business opportunities that underscore how technology is powering change
Collaborate with peers on innovative solutions to a variety of common business challenges
Build and expand strong connections in a welcoming environment of women committed to each other’s success
What can you expect at the summit?
Women in Technology Hall of Fame Awards
The Women in Technology Hall of Fame was established in 1996 to recognize, honor, and promote the outstanding contributions women make to the scientific and technological communities that improve and evolve our society.
Meet key leaders in science and technology who will be honored at the 24t Annual Hall of Fame Awards Induction Ceremony. The honorees will be exceptional examples of women who have made a powerful difference in the fields of science and technology.
Women In Technology Foundation’s Executive Auction represents a great opportunity to compete for a meeting with corporate executives that could potentially propel your career skyward. At the same time, you will be contributing to the Women in Technology Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit Foundation which supports the Hall of Fame.
Business & Technology Expo
WITI’s Women in Technology Summit continues with the collocated Business & Technology Expo by putting it in the middle of the “town square” instead of a separate exhibit hall. This way exhibitors and attendees are always in the action and have opportunities to attend to their own schedules in a relaxed setting.
More than 30 top companies, government, academic, and other organizations with a demonstrated interest in empowering women to succeed in technology will display products and services and build relationships with attendees. Exhibitors will have both HR executives and product managers (and top C-level management!) ready to speak with you.
This past year, conference attendance was up another 16% to 1,285 delegates (after gains of 40% and 18% respectively in the two previous years). Check out last year’s summit highlights:
“The WiTI Summit was one of the most valuable conferences I have ever attended. It was magical.”
Liz Bander, Program Manager, Microsoft
The event is powered by Women in Technology International (WITI), a leading worldwide authority on women in business and technology. WITI’s mission is to empower women worldwide to achieve unimagined possibilities and transformations through technology, leadership, and economic prosperity.
